Tax deductions
Contributions are fully tax deductible under Cyprus law. All contributions can be deduced in their entirety from the supporter’s annual income tax.
The Pharos Trust is a Cyprus registered charitable trust registered with the Supreme Court of Cyprus by Deed No 91 deposited in the Supreme Court.
Levels and benefits of support
1. Corporate Contributors – EUR 2,000 - 4, 000
Corporate support starts at EUR 2,000. The benefits of being a Contributor at this level include:
6 complimentary ticket vouchers to be used at Pharos Trust concerts throughout the year
Your company logo appears on The Pharos Trusts website
Invitations to receptions hosted for visiting artists
Company’s name printed on inside back page of all concert programmes
Company mentioned as Corporate Contributor in the annual report
20% discount on employees tickets for Pharos Trust events
2. Corporate Sponsors – EUR 4,001 - EUR 10,000
Contributions over EUR 4,001 will earn your company Corporate Sponsor status. Benefits of being a Corporate Sponsor include:
14 complimentary ticket vouchers to be used at Pharos Trust concerts throughout the year
One full page advertisement inside a concert programme
Your company logo appears on our website with hyperlink to the company’s web pages
Recognition as Corporate Sponsor on inside back page of all concert programmes
Recognition as Corporate Sponsor in the annual report
If sponsoring a specific event, company logo appears on leaflets, tickets and invitations

3. The Pharos Circle - EUR 10,001 - EUR 20,000
The Pharos Circle is open to companies that contribute EUR 10,001 or more. Benefits include:
20 complimentary ticket vouchers to be used at Pharos Trust concerts throughout the year
One or more full page advertisements inside or on the back cover of concert programmes
Your company logo appears on our website with hyperlink to the company’s web pages
Your company logo appears on the inside back page of all concert programmes
Recognition as member of the Pharos Circle in the annual report
If sponsoring a specific event, company logo appears on programme, leaflets, tickets, banners and invitations

4. Patrons of the Pharos Trust: over EUR 20,000
Patrons of the Pharos Trust are companies that contribute more than EUR 20,000. At Patron level we will tailor your benefits and publicity package to your exact requirements, but benefits can include for example:
30 or more complimentary ticket vouchers for Pharos Trust concerts
High profile publicity including full page advertisements inside or on back cover of concert programmes
Mention and company logo appear in CyBC TV advertisements
Electronic banner on The Pharos Trust website
Your Company logo appears on our website with hyperlink to your web pages and the company is specially mentioned as Patron.
Your Company's logo appears on programmes, leaflets, banners, invitations and tickets

Targeted sponsorship
Companies can choose to support a specific concert or other project of particular interest. Sponsoring specific events offers an attractive opportunity to reach a specific target audience or associating yourself with the promotion of the music or art of a country with which your company has important connections. Or, help contribute to the education of the next generation of Cypriots by sponsoring our community

Endowment funds
The Pharos Trust accepts monetary contributions designated for the funding of a given expense or one of its specific programmes or projects. Supporters can also set up endowment funds which will benefit the Trust in perpetuity. The income from such a fund is used to support the purpose designated by the donor or by the management of the Trust to cover a recurrent expense. See examples below.
Support in kind
The Pharos Trust is happy to accept contributions in kind. Most contributions of this type are for office equipment or costs associated with specific events such as provision of catering services, wine or flowers.
Sponsorship in kind offers an opportunity to advertise and increase awareness of your product in a very effective way. Contributors are visibly acknowledged in printed materials or at the venue depending on the type of contribution.
Contributions in kind of services or materials are recognised as the equivalent of their monetary value and are acknowledged in the same fashion as other contributions.
The Trust also accepts donations of assets such as shares, bonds and property, which may be sold and reinvested in agreement with the donor for a pre-agreed funding purpose.
Examples can include:
Funding the salary of one of the Trust’s employees
Provision of musical instruments or other equipment. We are currently looking for a sponsor to donate a Steinway concert piano!
Provision of video/audio/photographic services or materials
Provision of computer equipment
Provision of office equipment
Purchase of a work of art on a regular basis
Funding residencies for visiting artists, writers and composers
